Big Brother Fingergate Video.

Neither BBA nor Richard has a case to answer on the following grounds:

1. I almost admit not that the lady involved in this 'game' was actually Ofunneka because the lady deliberately and cleverly hide herself from the Camera. It became crystal clear that it was Ofunneka when Richard actually called her name seeking his permission to leave the bed/scene.

2. In the begining of the 'show of shame', one can clearly see that Ofunneka started the whole 'thing' by rubbing her body on Richard. To me, this is purely seduction on her part.

3. Why didn't Ofunneka put up a kind of restriction on what Richard was doing to her? Rather, she was moving her hips/body to the fantasy of the tickling. She even went far as cuddling her legs round Richard.

4. If she was not enjoying the 'show of shame', why did she tried to stop Richard from leaving the scene to the extent that Richard had to beg (her) to leave!

5. Why didn't Richard did the act with the other unidentified lady in the video. Why choose Ofunneka? It is simply because, Ofunneka invited Richard into the act through seduction.

6. To further buttress the point that Ofunneka actually seduced Richard into the act, a ladies voice was heard from the background shortly before Richard started the tickling on Ofunneka to have said, " .....I don't know what to do, unless am 'high' but these Guys are freaking out''. Although, the camera couldn't show clearly the lady that actually said this but what subsequently transpired between Richard and Ofunneka could be said to be in response to the 'high' desire of this unidentified lady's voice.

7. What is Ofunneka actually sueing BBA and Richard for? Is it that she did not engage in the act or that why should BBA displayed this video to the 'public'? To me, I think Ofunneka is purpotedly sueing BBA for showing her show of shame to the public and not that she did not engage in the act! Shame on her!

8. Was she not educated all about BBA Reality show before she put in for the show? I believe even if she was not educated on paper, didnt she saw the previous editions of the reality show. That alone, should have educated her enough that BBA is a copycat TV reality show from Europe/America where Nudity, Sex e.t.c is the rule of the game. Everything in the show is damn REAL and no fake! Our people says, he/she who does not want her white cloth stained with oil should not go near the palm oil seller!

9. Was she not also educated that the organizers of BBA have EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS to all the videos and content of the reality show? Besides, the show has parental guideline endorsement. In order words, it is G- Rated

10. This is a big lesson to all 'celebrity-at-all-cost' Guys and ladies. It is painful that our culture, tradition and self-pride is being giving away to westernization. And i keep wondering what future lies for the Youths. In the days of our fathers, broken marriages are rare to experience but nowadays, engagement/wedding rings display on couples fingers does not guarrantee a successful marriage. What a pity!

Now my final judge: That you Ofunneka enjoyed yourself (catch your fun) during the show all lone and now you want to intelligently denied and sue the organizers of BBA of same act. Therefore, your suit has no substance. Case dismiss. Courttttttttttttttttttt!
