Remote Controlled Generators by Thermocool Engineering Company (TEC) Lagos

A new breed of remote controlled power generating sets has hit the market this december. Thermocool says the generators are targetted at ladies who find it hard to switch (start) their generators on even with the key and chain system. The remotes look much like car remotes and can send signals through walls and doors, up to 50 metres.

The yellow generators are between 3.5kva and 8.5kva at an average cost of 153,000 naira (could be spread over 12 months). Presently, buying any of the three: Oga, Igwe and Hustler gives you the option of picking a free "I pass my neighbour" type < 1kva Generator. Much like Buy 1 Get 1 Free.

You mean they sell such in Sweden also? I'd ask, why would you need a generator in a developed country?
