Studies have shown that it is much more difficult to control blood pressure if you drink heavily.So reduce your alcohol consumption to lower blood pressure.
Did you know that eating a diet that is rich in whole grains,fruits,vegetable and low-fat diary products can lower your  blood pressure.

Limit the amount of alcohol you drink.However,alcohol can be both good and bad for your health.It can potentially lower  your blood pressure from 2mm Hg to 4mm Hg.
Did you know that blood pressure increases as weight increases?Generally,the more you lose weight,the lower your blood pressure.Lose some weight today.
