I don't know how much background he has in ICT, CCNA and MCP for starters or Comptia A+ or Security +. OCA is equally good. ITIL and PM are better left to people with at least 1 or 2 years experience.For customer services, ITIL v3 is a must. Most freshers begin with routine jobs such as call centers, IT support etc so a combo of MCP, CCNA and ITIL v3 is a killer but defending one or all in interviews should now be his priority.
