You know how the job market in Nigeria is for fresh graduates, it is hard to get a job at all so you have to make your CV stand a better chance against 100,000s of other CVs. My brother is trying to get the CCNA (but he studied economics) or Oracle but I think he should do ITIL version 3 which is good for a beginner? Or should he do PMI? Please I need your advise and materials if you have.
Someday, you will be accountable for every word you type on the internet or in a video.

I don't know how much background he has in ICT, CCNA and MCP for starters or Comptia A+ or Security +. OCA is equally good. ITIL and PM are better left to people with at least 1 or 2 years experience. For customer services, ITIL v3 is a must. Most freshers begin with routine jobs such as call centers, IT support etc so a combo of MCP, CCNA and ITIL v3 is a killer but defending one or all in interviews should now be his priority. He'll get the interview but if he "dumped" his way to the top (http://rubminds.com/forums/internet-telecommunications-networking/prometric-pearson-vue-it-certification-testing-centres-in-nigeria/), he gon get screwed at the interview, hopefully I wont be the interviewer.
