Okay!

That's what I will call the 'ranks and pranks'. The high chief and the likes indicates the level of participation of a member; this further suggests how long the member has registered or how active the member is. For example, a member like Dadp registerd this year and has moved so fast above than those that have been because he is more active in posts and contributions. Each rank automatically changes when a particular number of posts have been made. Each post too adds to money and the money according to Admin would be useful for ads and some other things.

The IQ is given by fellow members; it depends on how brilliant they find you to be. This is often based on how relevant your posts or threads are to their needs. They can remove and deduct from your IQ.
