“Thanks for the pearls love, they are so beautiful”, I said with my sweetest voice as I admired the necklace for the thousandth time.

“Bang Bang Bang”, the loud knock on the door jolted me awake from my sweet dream. It was so dark; I could barely see my feet.
Maybe it is Magneto who has been making passes at me, or did Penthome, the neighbourhood snub, decide to start talking to me?

“Bang Bang Bang”, the knock on the door brought me back into reality.
The walk from my bedroom to the living room felt so long. A feeling of nervousness washed over me. I picked up the umbrella resting on the side of the wall and set it to an attacking position.
I looked up at the clock, it was 12.13AM. I began my long walk to the door with worry and tension. God! I just got my salary from the bank today. I knew it, Hollufikky has been begging me for money this past few days and she went with me to the bank. Could she be the one planning to rob me?

“The lord is my shepherd”; this is not the first time I’m getting up at midnight. “I shall not want”; I’ve opened the door several times before. “He made me lie down”, maybe it’s my neighbour muki just coming to beg for sugar.

I decided to think of happy moments, to ease my fear. I thought about my evening in the park with Mustay ;D, we had a lovely time walking through the park and smelling the roses.
Eventually, I got to the front of the door. I tried to look through the peephole. Oh! My bad, there’s none. I need to get Freddie to fix one soon. With my weapon of attack at the right position, I pulled the door open with full force.

“Happy Birthday to you”, I heard Lizzie, Ken, Mekoyo, Phizix, Sparkle and all my other friends singing to me. I felt suddenly shy. Although their voices sounded not so sweet, I was too overjoyed and embarrassed to notice.

Lizzie, na by force to watch any kind carton. Afterall, I have finished the whole of Naruto, season 1; the whole of Death Note, Devil May Cry, Afro Samurai, etc.
Those are my kind of cartoons: Manga (Not for kids); not some Pocahonta thingy  ;D
